Live Nation Urban brought in Frontrunner to handle festival management, production and operations for their newly acquired festival, Broccoli City. The two-day festival saw 50,000 people brought together to celebrate creativity and community growth.

- Full-scale production logistics and direction:
- Develop and manage site related budgets, Create Site Operations plan for event, Coordination with site vendors, Equipment and labor for the event, Create Site drawings, schedules, and documentation;
- Coordinate all aspects of event site operations: tenting, power, lighting, site labor, heavy equipment;
- Obtain necessary permits and coordinate with all city agencies;
- Work with Sponsor team to ensure Site related fulfillment;
- Work with F&B team for infrastructure needs;
- Participate in event wide planning meetings, walk throughs, and planning;

- Deliver an extraordinary guest experience: manage front gate operations to include staffing front gate, and providing a ticket credential manager, Curating VIP and GA lounge experiences. Coordinate access control plan with Client provided security director and firm.
