Full-scale production logistics and direction:
- Develop and manage site related budgets, Create Site Operations plan for event, Coordination with site vendors, Equipment and labor for the event, Create Site drawings, schedules, and documentation;
Coordinate all aspects of event site operations: tenting, power, lighting, site labor, heavy equipment;‍
Obtain necessary permits and coordinate with all city agencies;
Work with Sponsor team to ensure Site related fulfillment;
Work with F&B team for infrastructure needs;
Participate in event wide planning meetings, walk throughs, and planning;
Execute quotes provided by the client, overseeing delivery and installation;
Deliver an extraordinary guest experience: manage front gate operations to include staffing front gate, and providing a ticket credential manager, Curating VIP and GA lounge experiences. Coordinate access control plan with Client provided security director and firm.
