Case Study: White House July 4

Frontrunner has produced multiple White House holiday events, including their 4th of July Celebration. FRP provided assistance with production logistics and coordination including staging, facilities coordination, fencing, audio/video approval, and security needs. Time and time again, Frontrunner has provided event and production services to create flawless, zero-margin-for-error events. Our team worked closely with the White House and national agencies, implemented new thematic approaches that aligned with the Administration's priorities, integrated online ticketing to widen accessibility, and restructured event logistics significantly. Our comprehensive oversight included concept development, talent coordination, and managing onsite operations within the unique constraints of this national landmark.

Frontrunner revamped programming and branding and allowed for a more fully integrated event theme with an elevated appeal to modern youth. We managed all aspects of the production including concept development, creative design, ticketing and crowd logistics, load-in/strike, and on site schedules and operations. FRP helped provide furniture, generators, other equipment placed on the Ellipse, as well as managing the Sign Language Interpreters and other ADA support services. Frontrunner also helped with the CAD, food and beverage management, and rental orders.
